I walked throught the bush again for an hour, “laid some bait” for next weekend.
But back at base camp, I shot clays while listening to 90s songs on a little bluetooth speaker at my feet. I was enjoying the lefty sounds of The Whitlams’ “No Aphrodisiac” while dusting like never before. I was…happy…in a way I cant recall being. Life can be so beautiful and simple at the same time, occasionally.

Substitute 60’s, 70’s & 80’s for the 90’s. Arguably the worst decade to date for music.

The gentle breeze, the isolation, the sunshine, the XXXX cans! Its amazing how odd things can come together and be pleasant! I was really in the zone today. I hope I can replicate that on the field.

Well, it’s not sunday, but you know… When you are wfh for better part of the year and in lockdown… Everyday is a Sunday Thursday. Why you ask? Well, the weekend is not “quite” the same and wfh you are always over the hump day 
So, screw it, what did I do in guns this sun-thu… I have loaded a heap of 38spc. I ordered a bunch of brass. I bought some new equipment and I sent off a few PTAs. I am trying! I am trying! lol

Can you lodge your own PTAs? Huh - I dunno why I thought you had to do it through a dealer.
I see there’s a form on the VicPol website. Is it just fill that in, and email it to them?
Yes, I just recently did my first ones that way. My advice is do it through a dealer if you can.
Hmmm…nothing gun related,but a funny sad story. Spent the day cleaning my house in preparation for a drop dead gorgeous friend from Tasmania to drop around,only to pass out at 8pm and miss her messages by 5 minutes

You can do email PTA. However, you will still be charged agent fees, in your case you are not really gaining anything, certainly no savings, it’s not worth it. If you have a few and get please explain letters, then it makes sense, since you will be waiting anyway. In your case, not really.

Maybe in a few weeks when the zombies awaken those sight will be more practical. Always good to have as a back up. 
Yeah they would be great for zombies, but just not little targets like bunnys or I’m guessing clays
