Cheers mate
I’ve got a Luvele too, no complaints. Only one I ever owned, though, but no complaints so far (over 3 years).
How much work would you say its done compared to a commercial one ? the reason I ask is we are going to buy one very soon I kill 2 bullocks and 3 pigs a year as well as a few for neighbours do you think yours would handle that sort of work ?
‘‘Sorry’’ , I was asking you JS .
@grandadbushy - ooooh, I don’t know man. I’d go bigger and stronger. Mine is the smallest one you can get. I just had a look, but can’t find the model anymore. For home, I am pretty happy with it. But if I was processing a lot of meat, I’d go for something that sucks heaps faster
Right -O then , thanks.
Casting, did someone mention casting?
I had my casting gear set up on my work bench in the shed. It has been a pain in the arse for ages, crowded, crap in the road all of the time. Crunch time came after having to scrap a bunch of bullets because they were still on the bench when I did a quick welding job in the vice and wound up with slag off the mig melted into them.
So yesterday, using a bunch of scrap steel and a cover door left over from recent house reno, “voila”…
New casting bench|690x335
It’ll go great with the couch. Hehehe
I thought that was a secret!
Now that’s a good looking setup.
Everything within reach.
What a pretty fox!
That mauser looking rifle? Is it a Masuer or a CZ or something else? What pill is in the 35 Whelen?
Brazilian m98 firing a Sierra 200gn round nose
Little slow here, these days. So I’ll kick it off.
Last week I did some casting. mostly .311 and some 45-70 smashers, just to let the .311 mould cool.
Now that’s some major OCD at work with the ammo
Looks good though
That OCD compliment was a compliment by the way. Love it!
Those older hornady eldm pill boxes fit 50 rounds in each which was quite convenient
Nice… i’ll be borrowing that idea!
