I want to buy an air pistol, we have a nice indoor AP range that I can shoot in on rainy days.
If no one will be the discipline capt, we wont have air shoots on the calendar and I wont have justification to buy one. No body will be expecting me to run matches, other than myself.
Now that I’m at the big boy table I get keys and I can amuse myself on rainy days.

Yeah there’s something about the unigun…they eat any ammo that’s for sure!
I did nothing in guns this week other than punch a few scores into the computer.
Next few weeks will be sadly quiet on the guns front I think.
Recovering from surgery?

It got postponed due to their robot breaking down.

Took a mate to Eagle Park firing range in Little River on Monday morning. He hasn’t shot a firearm (a 410 shotty) since he was a kid, and is now in his late thirties.
We had a bit of fun for two and a half hours, then finished with lunch. It was good to see how much he enjoyed it (I did too). Was the first time ever he’d shot “large” calibre guns.
I only have a braked .308 Winchester and a 12 gauge. My first time with the Tacsoras Scrubbie, and I managed to eject two shells onto the lady sitting the next bench over.

I grabbed a new rangefinder, picked up some hi cap mags I ordered that finally arrived for the P365, and accidentally ordered a different P365 model to keep the other one company.

And shot a bunch. And do more of that tomorrow. Also, finally got around to getting a pta signed. Am i going to get lucky and take possession in 2024 - who knows.
I ordered some brass and some dies online.
Picked this one up on Saturday morning . New 7mm08 in sako 85 did well . 11th shot through the rifle.and its first blood . So.was pretty happy with it

Yep the Sako 85 is a very nice rifle. I have one in 243 and one of my fav rifles and a goto on many occasions. Nice enjoy.
