I’m not suggesting you were and nor am i, more just pointing out the logistics of going that way, if vaxed people were exempt then you’ve got to prove you’re vaxed which in turn opens that door which is just as scary than the WuFlu IMO.
Like i said i think once everyone has the opportunity to choose (and act on that choice) we should just go back to the good old days and whatever happens happens.

It’s not really a vaccine in my mind…if it cant stop you from getting it…what’s the good of it? You can still get it, and pass it on. That’s why the lockdown rules have to apply to the “vaccinated” people.

Isn’t the idea of a vaccine to stop you contracting a disease? Where is the information that says the vaccine doesn’t work?

My understanding of the vaccine is that it does reduce or stop the spread of the virus.
We used to have vaccination passports in fact we still do domestically. I used to have a little yellow card that listed all the vaccinations I had to be able to travel to asia and other places. Yellow fever some form of meningitis from pigs ect.

Pretty sure the little yellow card info is all in the system now so no card needed but your immunisation info is still there for them to see. Also it didn’t allow you to get into those countries it allowed you to come back into Oz after being in them. Nobody cared if we caught something and died overseas, they just didn’t want us bringing it back here lol.
Also I believe that not all Vaccines provide full immunisation which i think is the case with the current WuFlu ones.

It used to state that using the vaccine " may or may not " prevent infection or carrying the infection but that has now been removed.
Have a look at their website for a list of possible side effects.
If anyone has ever spent time in the U.S you’ll recall all of the T.V ads for different medications that spend more than half of the ad listing side effects.

It does reduce the disease transmission risk though.
It’s the parameter that they test for when they talk about efficacy, the reduction of cases in the sample group compared to the control group. In the unlikely case you are infected with the virus, you’re also not likely to pass it on.
@danmac - I think they were saying that initially because they hadn’t proven it in wider clinical trials yet. I think they had already proved it with a smaller sample, which is why emergency authorisation was granted.
There’s actually still a bunch of papers that are yet be published about vaccine efficiency in different groups and applications. There is an interesting Canadian project that started recently about the efficacy of mixing and matching two different doses of vaccines.

@juststarting ,Not trying to spread panic, ( don’t know how you see it that way, we really need the sarcasm emoji ), more just pointing out the facts and the point that the drug companies are being a bit disingenuous when it comes to the efficacy of their vaccines.
I find the drug ads in the U.S are a source of amusement, 1/3 of the ad telling people to ask their doctor to prescribe it for them, the rest of the ad listing the side effects that “may” be experienced. Just basic butt covering. These vaccines are no different.
China needs to tell the rest of the world how to manage it, according to the latest statistics, they’ve nailed it! Take a look for yourselves. ( insert sarcasm emoticon )

For sure, those diseases on our little yellow cards were extremely deadly. Tetanus without treatment at a hospital is pretty much guaranteed death no matter how fit and healthy you are. Covid wipes out old, fat, sick, disabled and already diseased people. Its basically fascism in a microbe. Should have called it Mussolinitis-25/45
For everyone else under 65 its 99.99% survival rate.
