Firearm, perhaps, but why did you have a loaded firearm, you know… That’s a couple of insecure storage charges right there at a minimum.
Like the last 86 intruders I shot, I just happened to be cleaning and loading for a competitive shoot while waiting for the solvent to act.
Or maybe I just read about what happened to a guy who did all the right things and got turned into a flaming lamboghini and I decided that Im not going to let that happen to me. It could happen to anyone AND IT DID
Sorry officer they were threatening to set fire to myself and my family so to save our lives i was complying and getting them the guns and ammo from safe storage when for a split second i saw a chance to keep my family alive and quickly loaded a couple of rounds, and, well, the lowlife mess that’s lying in front of you is the end result.
Just got lucky i guess.
If you lived in north Korean Western Australia and you were forced to defend yourself and your family from home invaders i would think that the last people you should call are the Stasi. I mean they are the people in the current climate who are making your home a target and you can garuntee that they will treat you as the criminal and do everything they can to ruin your life.
You’d be much better off with a shovel, shame you’d be the law abiding one with no choice but to help out the bad guys.
100% agree. You wouldn’t be calling them yourself lol. But if they arrived because of some sharp loud noises being reported you’re fucked.
But all jokes & mucking about aside if they do ever turn up the only words you ever say to them is “On the advise of my lawyer i have nothing to say.” Then shut your fucking mouth til your guys turn up to see you, because no matter what you think there’s not another word that can come out of your mouth that can help you in any way, the only thing your mouth can do is damage.
This is very true. Be polite and respectful and ask to contact a lawyer.
Firearms don’t even rate a mention
Average of 25 firearms deaths a year in Western Australia. 75% odd would be suicide.
Take their guns and they just turn into one of the 80 odd single vehicle accidents without a seatbelt each year.
So that print shoot repeat channel on YouTube keep coming up as a suggested viewing
Am I breaking the law in WA if I watch it?
FYI to any WA crew, The remainder of the firearms amendment act 2022 come into action tomorrow. This is the reloading license and and all that crap.
Wtf?
You need a reloading license?
Slightly more complicated.
As per the terminology in the act it is illegal to manufacture ammunition without a manufacturers license. When raised the cops said having a firearms license permits you to have ammunition for it and ergo make ammo for it, however this last bit is not written anywhere in the act. Apparently we can take their word they won’t charge anyone but just too much effort to put it in writing. Funny that.
If anyone’s interested in the new regs and act the can be found here. This is only the amendments they recently passed and not the full act rewrite they plan on in the next year or so.

Does brass need to be schedule 4 storage now?
The guys doing my inspection mentioned that was coming
Nope, you’ll find that part in the act. Spent cases are not classed as ammunition.
Some highlights of the FAQ the cops put out, You east coast crew will get a laugh.
Books are banned, anyone with a Skennerton 303 book better hide it in the attic.
Can someone actually tell the difference between a mill setup to make gun parts or to make non gun parts ?
No trigger adjustments, but the irony is some manuals describe how to adjust the trigger.
Can’t change over a stock but as per above most manuals tell you how to remove and fit the stock
If you have an interest in making stuff for your own gun, screw you
That’s enough for now, I am sure our clown overlords will soon have some new comedy I can share.
FMS … I really hope those laws stay in north Korea… I mean WA … so you legitimately need a " Licence " to replace a stock or adjust your trigger pressure …wow… just wow…
You should be able to adjust your own pressure without a licence.
