Things are feeling a bit better everyday. Bit worried about some of the pain post surgery hope it heals. Not sure when I am getting home they hold a meeting each Tuesday to decide week by week.
Guessing a bit of physio work involved too? You’ll be home all ripped and shredded, all girls will want you and all boys will want to be like you.
Yeah two phsyio sessions each day. Concentrating on core mussels like glutes. So I am doing ass clenches so it may be the other way around with some of the boys after my nice tight arse,

Thanks guys. I think the rest of my body far outweighs the few scars I have in the opposite direction of chick Magnet and I do have a few scars with cool stories attached to them.

Carlos Hathcock died in 1999 from issues with MS (multiple sclerosis).

It also didn’t help that he was nearly burned to death and only just survived. He suffered from that up until his death.
He only survived because he was holding his 30-06 and it gave him magical powers.
