What I did in guns this week.

It’s beyond rat rod status unless you are good at wood work. The termites have eaten out the door frames and interior.

Love the sound of the 200m standing comps!

RHS, the rebuilders go to. There’s one sitting in a paddock a couple of hours from me but ol’ mate ain’t interested in selling.

Lever gun silhouette, there’s 3 events. Small- bore and Pistol cartridge that are shot at half-size targets, chickens @40m, pigs @50m, turkeys @75m and rams @100m. The rifle event shoots on full size targets as indicated in my post. It’s a good relatively cheap competition to get into.
Start saving your $, the Nationals are in Perth at Easter next year.

We actually had an A.D that landed about where your arrow is pointing.

Oh, so they returned fire.

I’ve finally got something to post here! And no i did not turn into a 29 Y/0 female lol, thats the mrs on the Glock 9mm, i went through my magazines to quick and we forgot to get photos of me :joy:

Nice I see the guns are secured by a cable but what about those dueling trees? Do you reckon you could nip down range and liberate one and send it my way? :star_struck:

They seem to be keeping up the standard of the booths there. Loneranger should take a look and redo theirs.

Went shooting for the first time in months and returned to this website for the first time in like a year I think?

COVID sort of got to me a bit. Ended up cutting out social media and screen time in general as much as I could. Stuff online was affecting me more than it should have.

Went shooting with my brother in law as a last chance to hang out before my wife is due to give birth in a few weeks.

First time shooting the Toz-8 and my Martini. Toz was brilliant as was the one shot I got with the martini before the case wouldn’t extract.

Oh wait, I did something this Sunday! Ran first 22 PRS-esq dressed rehearsal comp at the club. All steel, 3 stages, multiple shooting positions. Final being KYL. Loved it. Everyone seemed to enjoy it. Learned a bunch of stuff to make rule updates. Excellent day by all. I also gave my new 20" Buckmaster PB-12 a test drive, but that’s not important

Shot a comp with a 455 Webley. Ohhh yerr. Didn’t do too bad either, although struggled to squeeze all 6 rounds in 4 seconds. Not that kind of a gun. But other than that, yep! Got a nice load too, without too much dicking around. She went alright
