What about Texas, they seem to have some pretty decent laws and you can sneak across the border from Mexico.
Did some reading, negative covid test or vaccination is required. So not required to have vaccinations.
Not big on Texas, I like somewhere quieter.

You aren’t allowed to leave unless you get an exemption, in my case it would be due to travel greater than three months. The gov won’t give you a vax if that’s the case. Can’t find anything saying you need to be vaxxed to leave.

Being vaxxed is a qantas thing from what I can tell. Cathay just require testing.

Read point 2 regarding valid consent. How can we possibly give valid consent when the entre state is being coerced or placed under undue pressure ???

If losing your job isn’t being forced to do something against your will i would hate to see what the clowns think being forced looks like.
And that says employers can put it in your eba, doesn’t sat that the government can force them to mandate it
A interesting wording. to me it would appear that they can only enforce the conditions of the CHO while the State is in a state of emergency. When that ceases the enforcement of his directions are no longer legal.
That would be my understanding too.
That’s why they are bullying everyone so hard to get done.
I guess we’ll see how it goes trying to force everyone to get the booster shot every 6 months for the rest of our lives.
Thing is once everything opens up case numbers are going to sky-rocket, like the are in other vaxed, open countries. Will they just use that to justify endless emergency powers?
If they can get Vax passports to stick, they can just bump you back to the wrong side of the apartheid if you don’t play along with the new normal and then no shoes for you!
They’ll just keep rolling the state of emergency. They just pushed out the covid amendments to the emergency services and the criminal code act until July 2022 so at least another 9 months.
I just received an email stating that one needs to be fully vaxed for sports, so that’s interpreted as such to access fun clubs. Mmmmm. Send in certificate and everything…

Victorians are today witnessing the most extreme, dangerous and excessive laws ever brought before our state.
In one Bill, Daniel Andrews is attempting to sideline the Victorian Chief Health Officer and grant himself unchecked power to declare a State of Emergency and decree health orders based on an individual’s age, gender, sexual orientation and political belief or activity .
This legislation would remove any consideration of the impact of lockdowns, restrictions or penalties on equal opportunity or human rights laws, bypass Cabinet and Parliamentary approvals and place enormous power in the hands of one person.
Under these laws Victorians face a $21,909 fine for failing to wear a face mask and business a $109,044 fine if a customer fails to check-in properly.
These new laws aren’t about streamlining State of Emergency powers but about making it easier for the State Government to control people’s lives.
Daniel Andrews wouldn’t be passing these laws unless he planned on using them. The thought of handing even more power to the person who got us into this mess is simply unacceptable.
This extreme legislation is a threat to every Victorian family, small business and local community. It must be stopped.
The Victorian Liberal Nationals will stand up for Victorians and oppose this dangerous legislation.
