If they make the whole process too hard, especially for licence renewals, isn’t this just going to disincentivise existing licence holders from seeking mental health help?

Politicians make decisions that kill citizens EVERY DAY.
It is not outrageous to expect that:

Politicians must supply a breath sample of 0.0% BAC before voting on any legislation

Must submit a saliva sample with no drugs detected as present in their system before entering any legislative assembly, before tabling any legislation, and before voting on any legislation

Senior cabinet ministers must submit to mental health appraisals in public facilities only every calendar month.

All unelected staffers, cabinet ministers, members of the legislative assembly must make available the entireety of their digital storage including historical meta data and infra data from their workplace and personal phones, tablets, laptops desktops and any other devices with the ability to transmit store record or alter analogue or digital data.
Why aren’t we demanding this?

Just keeps getting worse. Ultimately they look at every firearm in public hands as a risk to police and they will go after them all. They just keep going bit by bit. Papalia being an Ex military means he looks at every firearm as a weapon and not as a sporting item or tool.
Have they published what calibres they are banning?

How do you have a legal case when they make it law ? They literally made it law that you cannot appeal their decisions in the SAT. This is only happening because the idiots of our state gave the majority of both upper and lower houses to tyrants.
The 300NM is also confirmed on this list. Not sure what the 19th round is but. This list will be fluid, the same as the insignia laws they passed where they can add to it at the discretion of the commissioner.

Yep 300 win mag and 7mm rem mag would be the biggest common calibres allowed by the looks of it.
They are still okay for now. When they first started talking vpf it was 243 and up but i think they didn’t want to upset so many people at once.

They ran a big story on the news this evening, some dude had an awesome setup under his couch which led down to a underground safe but the cops made this huge deal of it flashing all his firearms around and making example of a .50 bmg steyr i think it was - ’ high power ’ Wa laws suck!
