It looks like the 1779, .46 calibre, Italian made rifle that was used by the Austrian army in 1780 to 1815. Good old Bartholomaus not only made interesting rifles but also good watches.

That would be it. The Girandoni Air rifle or Windbüchse made by Bartholomäus Girandoni. Also used by Lewis and Clark in North America in the early 1800s
