Finally got my license... How should I kit out the 0.22 and 12 gauge?

Yep and a genuine leather s&W holster

excellent choice, Sir.

I think a trip to Cannington Station is in order.

Gun shops close on the 24th and don’t open until Jan 3rd

That’s an extra $50 storage fee for a $400 Buckmark

I was in the Claremont on Thursday they have an absolute mint grip+adjustable stock+shell holder and rubber pad for the straight pull Adlers

$150 - very tempted to wrap it for the missus “it’s so you can adjust the stock length and use it darling, I didn’t need it… it fits me standard…”

Good stuff mate!

You will find that they won’t give you a copy and will tell you to wait for the original to arrive in the mail.
Tried to get a copy a month or so ago and was refused with them saying that they are only sending them in the mail…

So the shop stings you for a fifty even though you’ve purchased it from them and it’s not actually storage, so to speak?

Yeah, that sounds dodgy to me too.

Nope!

Went to pally cop shop and explained the situation

She printed it off for free :+1:

Went to Claremont and grabbed my Browning which has been there waiting for licencing since July.

I still have to pay off TS2 laybuy but hopefully by late January.

Worst part was the Adler adjustable stock was sold on Saturday. :-1:

Devastating as I wanted it for Christmas but I have my name down for one (will take months).

Also need two more Buckmark mags as I only got one $125 each and they are on indefinite backorder!

Don’t buy more Buckmark mags, get one of these. Cheaper than a new mag and loads them much faster. I have one and use for the big plinking days with the MK3 and Buckmark.

Yeah I have a Speed Beez one

One of our competitions requires a reload so I’ll get one or two more

Waste of money though. Between storage and getting mags I should have just bought a new one

Almost paid off the CZ TS2 - it’s licensed so I can pick it up once I’ve paid it off

Next on shopping list:

Savage impulse in 308 or 6.5 (would love a 300wm but 3 shot magazine seems like a waste).
Leaning towards 308 - what do you guys think?

Air rifle for the boy

Walther PDP in 9mm - gotta get a Walther because I’m a huge louder with Crowder fan.

And an Israeli k98 on a collector’s license

.308 would be my pick, unless you’re doing long range work where 6.5 would really shine. 308 is cheaper and more available

+1 on 308

Yeah long range seems to me you’d need a scope that costs twice what the rifle costs!

Maybe a savage a22r as well, say it’s for thermal use as I already have a 0.22 and WA suck

And so it begins

Oh I forgot to post my new Adler stock…

Really great bit of kit. One bolt to install.

(Excuse the mess)

The other option is to tell them that you are using it in scrub country and a scope is no good and you are using open sights so you can acquire the target quicker.

Love the fingerholes for some knuckleduster action too

Thanks mate!

Gotta be creative here. God it’s just silly.

I think the holes in the stock are meant to be shell holders

Oh one the light came off first time I used it… magnum rounds pack quite a punch
