Just watched the latest updated:
Eureka Update #6 - Firing Pin Alignment, Stock and Lever Design (youtube.com)

A little quick skim over lever length.

Realistically, rolling wrist up and down (not that we cough don’t have years of experience with taht motion) would get a bit old in practical matches.

I find it somewhat interesting  - without questioning the obvious… @Australian-Sporting-Agenc would there be after-market longer levers for us stumpy little people with tiny little hands (I am not joking actually, I have tiny hands)?

Yes mate, we are likely to have two designs and potentially different lengths. We try to keep it to one length or one design if possible but it seems that it may require two. The latest design can just be swapped to left hand if required which reduces the number of lever designs. It’s all about trying to keep the variations as low as possible and then if need be offer aftermarket solutions. I am sure that some people will also come up with their own great ideas and then manufacture them. E.g. taipan aftermarket products

Ye, but i wouldn’t call it after market for taipan, I’d call it fixing.

Is this .223 Remington only, or can it run 5.56x45mm NATO too (aka .223 Wylde)?

So I watched their video series, so weird that they’re anti-Wylde. Like there aren’t accurate Wylde chambered rifles out there. Far out.

In a practical sense, like, we are where we are and we have what we have… Why is this even a consideration? We don’t use milsurp 5.56 in Australia. You can’t really buy it as a consistent thing at a gun store and it’s a gun designed specifically for the Australian market. So I don’t get how this is in any way relevant? It’s like complaining that a Corolla made for city driving doesn’t have a capability to four-wheel drive. It’s a gun for an Australian market…

I’m fairly new to shooting in Australia, one year in at the moment, and didn’t know 5.56x45mm NATO was a rare find. That’s why it was a consideration for me. Thanks for clarifying though.

Nearly all the 223 shooting and load development I did was so far out from SAAMI that it didnt matter anyway that was for target shooting heavy VLD projectiles fast. When I look at that data and the data between 223 SAAMI and 5.56 it pales into insignificance. So for me it has never really been a consideration.

In case you missed it, the customisation is now live:

I’m very interested in seeing how they go with this 9mm conversion / adaption. My config did come out to about $3850 inclusive of optics so I might hold back on my order, especially with my full Cat H license paperwork about to be with VicPol not sure I can justify two Christmas treats to myself.

Yeah, I’m the same. Super interested in the PCC. I have enough spare parts to make it work without any extras. But I’m holding for 9mm. Just whats missing in my safe.

I want one in 9mm too.
