I just try and stay err, vegan free at all costs, it’s my lifestyle choice… lol
I have eaten some vegan food that, unless I was told, I would have thought it’s meat. And been to vegan restaurants too, which were very good. It’s part of my diet, it is not the entire diet lol

I joke but honestly I’ll, eat anything that tastes good. Tbh if done well, vegan food can actyally be pretty good. I must admit I’ve really been supprised on several occasions.
There’s a vegan place that did an amazing dahl and rice for $3 at uni.
Actually a student staple though, don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal there.
Bad dahl doesn’t exist, because it comes out just as fast as it goes in, no time to determine bad lol. But I will gladly pack away a double serving of dahl and some rotti as a meal.
Then again it might have been there to put on the doughnuts to make them taste better.
A possibility.
Those vegan bananas are ok.

Its to sterilise your hands after you get a massive case of the green apple splatters from eating nutrient negative chemically reconstructed alleged “doughnuts”.
The hand sanitizer is a topping to make the doughnuts taste better.
What I don’t get about Veggies, is that they want substitutes for meat that taste like meat. WTF???

@danmac slightly wrong approach. Nobody is denying that meat is delicious. Some of course do, but the majority will freely admit that it is delicious; however the process of obtaining the said meat is not something they agree with. These are two separate things. So, if you can substitute the flavour without killing, then that’s a win for them. It’s not about the flavour, it’s about killing an animal for the flavour. But to your point, what I REALLY don’t get is the mock meat, like a whatever plant matter shaped duck for example. That is encouraging to go get a real duck, I never understood that.
We obviously encounter different types of folks that are of the anti-meat persuasion.
Don’t know of any plant material that doesn’t die in the process either. ( Insert appropriate smart-arse emoticon )
