Most i would say are being rendered or handed in. For $400 bucks to ship little got put on gun sales. Over 60 were handed in just yesterday by one dealer.

How would you go with a collector’s licence, have they put restrictions on them too?
The Handgun for cattle stations had been around for ages. They just don’t approve many.

They have removed family heirloom as a reason for collecting. This is the biggest kick in the guts for most.
Introduced stricter student of arms proof for collectors.
No handguns made in the last 50 years.
There are a few more significant changes but i can’t list them all.
WA doesn’t allow collectors to fire the firearms and ammunition they have collected so it is a futile exercise
You’d have to be extremely keen (a “student of arms”) and wealthy to collect firearms you can’t use or display compared to collecting rendered firearms
