Tracks, scat and other sign

I want to over time build a reference gallery of scat, tracks, rubs, wallows etc.
I start taking pics on the weekend just gone, the area I was hunting was perfect for this being sandy.

This thread is a work in progress, if you have any pics to add please feel free to do so. Upload the pics and a description.
Meanwhile I’ll try to figure out how to add a gallery, aka I’ll bug JS to figure it out for me😎

Any captions for what is what?

There will be, I just wanted to upload all those pics from my phone. I will get on my laptop and edit it soon, that’s why I said it’s a work in progress.
Also @Oldbloke can I use the tree rub pic you emailed me the other day?

Cool. Look forward to seeing the finished post. I can see if i can get some goat examples.

There are goats up there… :goat:

Sure That was the plan

These will be very fresh and clear… right out of the paddock. :joy:

It’s good to have a variety of fresh a nd degraded sign, anyway. Like the fox tracks in the other thread showing it was a regular trail for that fox with old tracks almost directly under the fresh ones.

But they need to be clearly labeled and a size reference.

Anyone know what might of made these marks?

Bigfoot??

Possibly a Buck, it’s the right time of year for it too. You might get yourself a nice trophy.

I wondered that.
This is up in the middle of my property, there’s never been anything but Roo’s and dope growers wandering around up there, that’s why I got a bit excited when I saw those marks. I’ve seen fallow a few miles away up on the Tablelands but never down in our valley.
We do now have a feral mob of goats thanks to a fuckwit over the other side. They are better at listening for fat, unfit bumbling idiots than I am at sneaking up on goats these days. Lol
My first hunt in about 4 years.

Looks like bucktooth yokel sharpening his one and only front tooth. Stay safe (talking to the yokel).
