Anyone got some yummy sausage recipe? I tried @juststarting’s but it was really limp and no one likes chipolatas.
I have like 20kgs of trim to make into some thing. Open to all kinds of recipes, spicy, beer infused, sweet, hot, used as pizza topping uncased etc…
One of my faves is to make the sweet italian with extra fennel and chilli and leave it uncased and make Baked Ziti with punds of mozzarella and provolone. Why I am fat remains a mystery.
