Not a good day for Sig

I think you are taking things at face value. A LOT of people died. Kids and women were doing 12+ hour shifts, plenty of people got maimed. I am not even talking about functional defects. It’s a pipe that shoots, fuck it , ship it, next! You are taking a very patriotic-media naïve view. It simply wasn’t the case, not to mention all of those firearms had mechanical safeties and peasants weren’t carrying chambered. In fact, look at Israeli doctrine - we have a draft, we draft everyone, everyone is a fucking retard and will blow someone away by accident, so nobody is allowed to carry chambered. There is just no direct comparison. Not in design, not in manufacturing processes, not in the manual of arms, not even in quality of materials.

I agree with a motherhood statement, why can’t such an advanced manufacturer prevent or remediate… However, the analogy is very out of whack here. With that in mind, why can’t they?.

Option 1: there is no issue, it’s a different design and operator fucked up.
Option 2: there’s a loooooooooooooooot of 320s out there and people died, would send them broke.

Maybe? I don’t know. I don’t even like guns.

p.s.
I don’t see the relationship of being attacked and manufacturing, like factory is either working or it has a huge hole in the middle, there’s kind of no in between there.

Anyway, all irrelevant, other than whyyyyyyyyyyy

You don’t think working somewhere that could (and in some cases did) find itself on the receiving end of an air-raid or artillery barrage might be… distracting?

No (lengthy boring explanation), but humans adjust to levels of anxiety. More distracting is that 12yo doing a 14 hour shift, cutting chambers by eye. Like i said, not comparable.

Forgotten weapons had a good hypothesises on sig, i found it plausible.

Well I’ve just been trying and can’t get one to try and murder me without consent.
But just to be sure I’ve made a foolproof modification to guarantee the 320’s safety from now on.

I took the Sig to the range today , P320 Legion. It continues to only go off when the trigger is pulled. I shall continue the science. I stare at it intently, daring it to go off, yet it refuses unless commanded.

Also someone has been arrested as more bullshit surfaces.

Yeah the good old coverup, coincidentally the same week as the dead airman’s family file a wrongful death suit against Sig.
The envelopes under the table must be getting pretty big.

Might not be a good day for Sig, but seems to be getting better for anyone who still wants a 320. Getting mighty cheap!
