Ffs… this country has gone to shit… Just don’t recognise it anymore…
“Not clear if he’ll be charged” = we are trying our best to hopefully come up with a charge up that won’t get laughed out of court.
“water pistol would be subject to further examination” = we are working on pulling it apart to plant some drugs in it.
Next week someone will get arrested for DUI for having a beer while playing with a remote control car.

Charged with possessing an unauthorised firearm and denied bail.
This will end bad for the police I see a law suit on the horizon. They have over stepped grossly and gone full draconian retard.

Essentially they’re saying if it looks like a gun and someone “feels” assaulted, it is a gun.

Yep agreed, now that I see what they’re talking about I can understand the cops being called, but for them to go on with it and charge him & refuse bail, it sounds a bit dodgy.
