Perhaps the dude is a Vampire and just getting by on animal blood.
In truth the Vampire bat mainly feeds on cattle blood. I watched a doco on it and the poor cows were in a really bad way.
He could always go to the International food shops in Preston they have the cooked Pork and chicken blood.
That dude is obviously a troll or not all there.
