This is pretty cool, this is like a pivotal point in handguns, where we transition from open/iron sights to all handguns being optics ready.
It’ll be interesting to see if they go with optics as general issue, or it’s a “nice to have” feature which will mainly be used by SWAT teams etc
Agreed it’ll be interesting to see how things pan out. That’s a farken small & crowded sight window with a very bulky surround though, not much room to locate & identify your target properly, maybe it’s on purpose so they can’t tell if it’s a black guy or not to try and reduce police shootings. “No No hold your fire, it might be a cute puppy.”
