Does a Junior shooters permit allow me to take the permit holder into state forest or private land (with landholders permission of course) and supervise/instruct them in shooting other than strict target shooting? I’m talking abut legal plinking or rabbiting etc.
Yes, under the supervision of you (or any licence holder) he can do all the things you can, except buy or own guns of his own.
