All right, I had to cheat and Googled it.
It’s a Russian APS underwater assault rifle.

Nothing wrong with research, add long as it’s not reverse image search.

@1Fatman has it.

What’s reverse image search?

Is it a bisely revolver?
Looks like doc holidays gun.

Not a Bisely
Not Doc Holidays gun but the same time frame.

Is it chambered in Russian or Schofield?

Do we need exact variant or does Model alone count? Why I asked regard chambering.

The exact variant if you know it. It is chambered in Schofield.

@no1mk3, correct. .45 calibre as used by Jesse James.

Keeping with revolvers

Is it European?

Yes, it is

Is it a M1879 Reichsrevolver?

is it Belgian?

1Fatman has it, it is the 1879, having the 7" barrel. The 1883 had a 5" barrel.

OK, this should be easy to tell what it is but it is a multi point one. First is what is it, second what brand of scope is it and last who made it famous ( well semi famous).

Winchester Model 70 in 30-06, USMC Unertl 8x, Gnr Sgt Carlos Hathcock.
