Game: What's that gun?

A device. It was called a &8**# Device not &8**# Gun.
“The device used the host rifle’s trigger group, sights, barrel, and stock. The device would cycle new rounds, and eject spent cases through a small port cut in the side of the rifle. Other modifications to the rifle were to the sear, magazine cut off, and trigger to allow the regular bolt or the &8**# device to be used interchangeably. In tests a trained infantryman could rip off two full magazines in less than a minute—a 500% increase in the Rifles rate of fire.”

Would have to agree with Wombat, it is a conversion device. Good thinking outside the square though, but won’t fire on ot’s own.

Based purely on the info provided by wombat and No. 1, with some help from Dr Google, I’d say that’s a Pederson device…

That it is indeed mate.

A great vid on the Pederson device for anyone wanting to know more about them.

It looks like you have been in JS’s 3D printing room.

Uh it’s that frechie rifle or something, that side loads. And this one been cut into a pistol I guess. Or printed. Forgotten weapons had it on there… But the name escapes me right now.

Is it a bubba’d Springfield Model 1892 bolt-action, based on the Norewegian Krag-Jorgensen?

It is a bubba’d Krag Jorgensen.
Your go mate!

I was close. That’s pretty much a win

Well if bent arrows still stuck out bush you can post the next one!

Go for it JS. I actually recognised it from an episode of hickock 45.

Nah, you got it.

Modem production of 33 barrel rifle cannon by Leonardo da vinci

I saw one of these on the TV the other day. It was either American Pickers or Pawn stars I think. Very nifty machine.

This thing was never officially adopted into service, but nevertheless saw action at several sieges during the conflict. It proved quite reliable for what seemed an ungainly design. (designed by a dentist, of all things.)

No 1 knows what it is. Need a name…
