Reading this thread has left me with the conclusion that my cartridge identification skills game is very weak.
It has also lead me to the conclusion that I have little interest in guns with obscure hard to source ammo.
I need to improve.
I can ID most mainstream stuff easily but my knowledge of obscure stuff seems to be terrible.
Prior to WW1 type firearms I really need to do some reading. Never seen or heard of a lot of these cartridges.
