Has anyone ever seen a Bren gun mag adapted to fit a Lee Enfield?

The Bren mags don’t fit but the Indians did some experiments with Vickers-Berthier magazines, apparently with some success, but ultimately decided it wasn’t worth the hassle and didn’t take it much beyond the “proof of concept/limited trials” phase, from what I gather.
