I got it more for the sun shade aspect. I do a lot of shooting north facing in bright light and it is more effective at reducing all the reflected light better than a normal sun shade.

No, I brought it back but it is not mine lol, though once I clean it tomorrow morning it is off to the range to test it out. It is one very nicely balanced work of art, I might have to look into buying one as a match to my Hunter.
