I have ~100 assorted 40gn pills I pulled from some old .22WMR ammo that had been swimming, they are fmj, hp, sn and snhp.
The ammo was unusable but the pills are ok.
I tried to load a couple for the .223 but I couldn’t keep them straight in my Lee press and have some reservations about the jump from neck to lands anyway.
I’m looking for anyone who wants to give them a try.
