The only patch lube I have ever used Ob is tallow, but I am a hunter, not a target shooter, I can’t say whether or not tallow is any better or any worse than any other lube. I would shoot meat for the table, go home & clean my gun. Frankly I don’t think the type of lube has much effect on fouling, when you think about it it is more likely to do with how much lube you use, how much is left in the barrel.
