Is casting your own projectiles worth it?

Enjoy buying hay for that thing.
And saddle care, paddock, etc. Etc. Etc.
I would use my ute to take it to the knackery.

My wife just got a new horse, I’ll stick to casting.

I’m not interested in any vehicle that produces manure.

Edit: cue the Toyota, Lada and Volvo jokes…

I reckon if you added in all the costs of a horse including required paddock space, they would work out to be about $1000 per kilometre travelled.

We’re lucky we don’t have to worry about agistment.
