HI what’s the Hold button do? Hold a reading for what? Does it show a deviation of that hold temp?
It is to lock a reading on the screen but I don’t know why. I have never used it.
It’s a useless feature then…i thought it might show a deviation, when you lock the reading…mine rolled up in the post today
