Gun adds I wish I could buy!

Would you prefer 50 Shades of Grey instead?

The book is great if you have a rifle and want to lean about it. Also for all the spare parts drawings esp if you have taken it apart and have that one bit left over. Its like reading car DIY maintenance manuals you get them out when needed. Not a sit down with a cuppa and chocolates .

The books I am sure any Milsurp enthusiast would know are by Ian Skennerton www.skennerton.com

If there are parts left over, than the design is obviously over engineered and you’ve just made it better. Put the book away and be proud of your engineering achievement!

Oh man, I’d love it! But casharoo… Also it’s quite overpriced and heaps overpriced by the time it gets to my safe via interstate.

Actually, I stand corrected, it’s a fair price. But not by the time I pay all the transfers…

Now this… This is a good thumper in a convenient carbine package

But this is a 100% collectors item. Shooting it, even with reloads is like $2 a pop.

That’s at my favourite gun shop in Perth. He has a huge collection at one end of the store with everything from a small cannon to a torpedo. Has a collection of 303’s that would get no1mk3 excited.
Don’t know about $2 a shot, factory 30-06 Federal 150gr BT are about $48 per 20 over here.

Ye, M95 brass is hard to get. Right diameter pills are hard to get. It’s just hard to get. I have some, but I am almost out of bullets, will cast when I’m out.

It’s an awesome awesome straight pull carbine though. Tiny, delivering .329 240gr pill - I love it.

$2 a shot? Doesn’t cost me any more than any other rifle cartridge to reload for. Hard cast projectiles or Hornady .330 (OK, a bit dearer at 46/100). It does go up if you use Woodliegh 318 Westley Richards projectiles. The M95 is a fun little carbine, and if you can find an 8x57 so much the better! Mind you, if you find one before I do I might visit one morning, at 4am, with a balaclava, and a proposition!!!

@no1mk3 do you have a pic of the box or product number for the Hornady .330 pills? And where to buy?

I know PPU makes .329 specific for M95 and I suspect that Hornady rebrands them. I have some of those.

I’m hoping you mean something available locally… Because those weren’t exactly easy to find.

Product # 3302G, 205g Sp.

Where from, in Melbourne?

Just for something different
